Urban Silk scarf
Last month I started this scarf pattern from Interweave Knits, Summer 2007 magazine and designed by Amy Singer. The pattern is called Montego Bay. I used Urban Silk for the yarn which is a silk and cotton blend.
It make up into a very soft and not too warm scarf for the spring season. Although I did have to fiddle with the yarn to work for this pattern. The scarf I made is long. When I wear it I wrap it around my neck at least twice to get it to look nice, but honestly I planned is that way. At least that is my story and I am sticking with it.

Here is a close up of the stitch pattern and here is a shot of the braided fringe that I think really makes a wonderful item to wear.
